EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our goal. We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products postmarked back to us within 30 days of receiving. Please see our guideline below for details.

WHAT IS INELIGIBLE PRODUCT?
The item was damaged and the original status was changed (washed ,worn, heated, cut lace etc.)
Custom and clearance items

RETURN:
All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Returns are NOT accepted if they are ineligible products; All ineligible products will be rejected and sent back to you at your cost.
Please note that the return MUST be applied within 10days of the date you receive the package, Please email us when you want to return the product: sale@bestmenhair.com
Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment used to purchase the item(s) up to 10 business days.

EXCHANGE:   
Any changes to an order is free within the 24 hours of placing the order.
Before Shipping but over 24 hours, a 10% re-production fee will be charged for any changes.
We allow one time free exchange if you are not completely satisfied with the product, but there are 15% re-production fee.

Once one exchange order is completed, returns for refund will not be acceptable.

CANCELLATION
There is no fee for cancellations on orders placed within 24 hours.

Any cancellation for orders placed on our website over 24 hours will incur a 15% handling fee.
